The Space & Advocacy Project™ offers an intuitive curation of trauma-informed mental health coaching and yoga services that create space for wellbeing in the lives of BIPOC survivors of toxic stress and trauma.

We do this because our clients deserve to lead happier, healthier, and fuller lives.
